- We succeed by sharing. We work closely with our investors, contractors, & sub-contractors, involving them in every phase of the process. We share information. We also share any significant savings achieved. It is all part of partnering, the Silk Development Way.

- We are immersed in the full development process, locating sites, obtaining planning permission, financing, building, leasing, & selling. We get a kick from delivering eclectic & difficult projects while improving the urban environment.
- Experience & current market conditions has taught us to approach turnarounds, development, gentrification, & inter-generational projects on a long-term basis.
- More often than not, this means devoting our own time, sweat equity, & capital. We want lasting relationships with clients who look to the long-term.
